By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. Please read them carefully as they govern your membership and use of this website. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website.

General Terms & Conditions For Our Meetings

OmniaMed Ltd and our Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, alter, or delay any meeting/conference where forced to
do so by circumstances beyond our control. This may include serious illness, severe weather or any other
circumstances which would subject OmniaMed Ltd and our Sponsors or any of its employees or participants to
danger.

Oversubscribed Meetings

If the meeting is oversubscribed OmniaMed Ltd may hold a wait list. OmniaMed Ltd will try to provide as much
notice as possible should a place become available for you. If we are unable to offer you a place we will inform you
with as much notice as possible.

Confirmation Of Your Attendance To The Meetings

OmniaMed Ltd will always send an email confirmation once you have booked to attend the meeting. Three weeks
prior to the meeting you will receive your letter of confirmation, map and badges that will need to be brought to the
event. Failure to bring your letter of confirmation or joining instructions may cause a delay at registration onsite.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing a month before the meeting date and will be refunded less a 20%
processing charge. After this date, we regret that registration fees will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made
in writing at any time without charge.

Substitutions

Substitutions maybe made by phone or email. In the event that the meeting is fully booked substitutions will not be
possible and your place will be allocated to a waitlisted individual.

Meeting Eligibility

Meetings hosted by OmniaMed Ltd have strict eligibility criteria, to ensure that the places are given to those with the
correct knowledge level required for each meeting. Unless otherwise stated, only practising Healthcare
Professionals will be eligible to attend an OmniaMed Ltd meeting. Omnia-Med Ltd reserves the right to decline any
registration for a meeting. In the event that this should occur we will contact you as soon as we receive your
registration and endeavour to offer you a place on a more suitable meeting should there be one in your area.

Change To Meeting Programme

OmniaMed Ltd and our Sponsors will do our best to follow the published programme. OmniaMed Ltd and our
Sponsors reserve the right to change the programme at any time and without notice (this includes the guest
speakers and the times of their presentations). In the event that any such changes are made, no refund of any
deposit (if relevant) shall be made and OmniaMed Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred.

Special Requirements

OmniaMed Ltd requires that all special requirements, including dietary, access and disability are advised of by the
delegate upon registration or no later than 10 working days before the meeting.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Onsite Management

OmniaMed Ltd and their on-site staff reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to
be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or the educational experience of others. Latecomers may not be
admitted into the meeting until a suitable break is available.

Marketing Material

All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of OmniaMed Ltd or our Sponsors is given in good
faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or
other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.

Educational Content

The educational content provided by OmniaMed Ltd or our Sponsors is reviewed by our in-house medical team and
checked for accuracy to the best of our knowledge.
